Can I use this method for the spores of the "Chicken of the Woods" (Laetiporus sulphureus)?

Thanks. What then is the best I can do, when having received a spore print of the "Chicken of the Woods" (Laetiporus sulphureus)? Any suggestions?

its extremely difficult to cultivate. its practically impossible indoors. the route with the best chances is to make wooden plugs and use the plugs to inoculate logs outdoors. the mycelium is extremely weak.

So, what should I do with the spore print? Should I dilute it in sterilized sugar water, and then sprinkle that spore sugar water onto beech lumber pieces and sawdust?

You purchase spores, LC is a Liquid Culture, which means the spores have already germinated.

so say i get a good liquid culture going but i want to make more would inoculating new jars with small amounts of the first liquid culture colonize the new jars or does it have to start with spores every time?

You can inoculate LCs with clean LCs

Sure, as long as it's clean.
If you take a clone to a liquid culture, it's best practice to keep that one as the 'mother' culture, and start new ones to use for cultivation from the 'mother'- in order prevent 'senescence'.

Great guide. Two questions for ya:
-I see your jars have holes in them, but does there need to be one? presumably to facilitate gas exchange?
-Can a developed liquid culture be applied directly to a bulk substrate for colonization? or should you always inoculate spawn first?

He wants to squirt LC over a mono.
The only application where that would work is a bottle tek, however our bottle tek author has deleted his method so I can't link...

I just spent the last hour searching my old lap top for tek pix. I'm almost done uploading them all and I will be fixing my bottle and LI teks with updated OPs.

I had planned on leaving for good. I wanted to leave as little trace of MudaFuka as possible. unfortunately this place isn't that easy to leave. I keep trying but I never get far.
I printed paper copies of my LI and bottle teks before I deleted them. They both needed updating anyway. I made a few changes to the LI tek and the bottle tek is getting a complete rewrite. I'm making a batch of bottles right now so I can take fresh pictures for the update.
