Sulli said: Well my LC is on day two looking very nice. Pics coming soon.
Also I stabed my finger with the needle trying to get the top off. Anyone else ever done that?

Don't smoke pot and do mycology....
I haven't stabbed myself yet, but thats probably because I am scared of needles so I avoid the tip like the plague.

Dont stress - if you read what I wrote properly the liquid tends to turn clear as the mycelium uses up the nutrients. I also didnt measure my honey so I probably had a bit more than yours in the solution.

numb401 said: Great tek, i have a few jars inoculating (the mycelium is really starting to take off!) PF tek style with some golden teacher, but I still have about 6ml of spore solution left
This feels like a stupid and blatantly obvious question, but what do you do once you have your LC. Just inject it into jars and watch them colonize faster, then follow a casing tek? Inject directly into a casing substrate?
Use it as you would spore solution to inoculate grains
