Blind trippers?

Has anyone ever known anyone who was blind and tripped? I was thinking about that the other night, and i wonder what tripping would be like for a blind person. Do you think that inability to open your eyes would be overwhelming at points?

i have read documents on this, people who are blind and dose them selves with psychedellic drugs, say they see what they think are "colors"....

Must be really odd to be blind and trip on any hullucinogen... I coundt stand not being able to see in this set of mind...

I did try the search function before i posted this question and nothing was found. I tried tons of combinations of the word 'blin' and 'trip' and nothing was found in the search function. Just thought I would clear that up, because i am not a lazy person, I did my research before posting my question and had I known that this was such a common question i would not have posted it.

I remember reading a trip report on the shroomery about a blind person eating some mushrooms.
