taking very high doses of THC/weed
    #5231251 -

this is something that has been on my mind for a very long time. usually when i smoke the reefer it is only to get a little baked so i can still do other activities.

however, there was a time where a friend and I made a gravity bong that was capable of delivering .85g of weed in a single hit. this was more of a 'trip' than being blazed because I was seriously disconnected from the world i was in. i thought the bathroom stall, which was primarily white, was a "whiteroom". to me, this room looked completely white. this was really cool for some reason, and i proceeded to sit on the john for an hour doing nothing but chillin.

in other words, large doses of THC/weed obviously offer significantly different experiences than small doses.

what i was wondering, is how other people have experienced high doses.
i haven't seen much comment on this and it's very interesting, especially given that THC pills exist, which are rumored to contain much more THC than in .85g of dry plant material.

I have tripped very hard from eating weed. In Amsterdam I ate 2 spacecakes and became completely disassociated, I don't remember anything but apparently I didn't know where/who I was. I was still very stoned when I woke up the next day.

I'm always just reluctant to use that much weed at once just for the cost value.

Also, incase I end up screwing up the recipie and having the cookies not work, thats alot of product to waste.

Naw, you'd be rather stoned though.
AFAIK, a lethal dose of THC is so ridiculously high, that it's almost impossible to OD off of it, no matter what the venue of administation.

I have heard they are not as good as getting high. Really what is? Getting high is just so ritualistic and nice. Plus, how can you beat holding hits and passing pipes or joints or bongs or blunts? Oral administration is fun but getting high by smoking is so much more fulfilling most of the time.

best way i can explain strobe vision is a second or two delay of senses, and imagine if you will a strobelight "lens" over your eyes.. seeing/feeling movement in "ticks" rather than smooth & flowing

i remember being super high the first time I had smoked dro, and some highroller friends at the time had rolled up a blount of the stuff. I couldnt stand, i couldnt talk, all I remember is sitting on the steps for about an hour and struggling to light ciggs. People kept coming to check on me, but they couldnt get me to come inside so i jsut sat there spaced out. It was great.

You might very well die.

Not because THC is a poison, but because it is a resinous product, and you cannot inject resinous products in a water-based suspension without paying the price of embolism.

Injecting THC requires a special fluid and technique. If you had a solution of pharmaceutic THC in purified olive oil you might get away with skinpopping it, meaning shooting it between your skin and the lower tissues, but hit a vein and you might die.

Too much THC isn't pleasant and it isn't healthy. You can get hours of heart racing, unstable low bloodpressure so that you might faint if you stand up, hypoglycemia while being unable to eat, loss of muscle control and near to complete loss of consciousness. The only positive you might get could be vivid hallucinations, but with high doses euphoria usually is out of the question.

Weed is nowhere near as safe as LSD. In some people it can get very dangerous very fast, and in my case it gave me a heart attack.

The correct way to take weed is like so:

1..get an absolutely empty stomach, meaning at least a 3 hour fast.

2..Bring some water to a boil, put out the stove and add 2-4x the amount of crumbled weed you would otherwise smoke into it. Do not stir. Do not disturb.

3..Let this sit for 15 minutes.

4..Swallow the grounds with the liquid on your empty stomach, you may eat after at least 1 1/2 hours have passed.

5..2-4 hours rise, 2-4 hours plateau, 2-4 hours descent.

If you can get this to work, stick with it. Weed shouldnt be taken in any other way than orally.

by pill, i thought he meant the cannbrex method which was invented by genkisan. Genkisan has gone far and beyond the scope of what is needed to create just a THC pill. He has added in an excipient powder, a special oil blend, and a potentiator that also helps with absorbtion.

http://www.cannabrex.com

i have ingested 1 gram firecrackers on two occasions. the second time i did it i smoked .5 grams 1 hour after ingestion, so that it all hit me at the same time. i was in a whole nother world to say the least.

and with marinol, you can take it but it wont get you high. but after taking it if you smoke you will get very very high, since you need the other cannabinoids to get you high too.

I got caught growing, and had a 7ft immature blueberry plant to get rid of. Through the miracle that is cannabutter, I compressed the whole plants worth of THC into 13 small cookies. Me and three other friends had 3 cookies each, and the other cookie was divided betwen 4 people who came later on. These 4 people said that was one of the most stoned they had ever been in their lives. Needless to say, those of us that had had three whole cookies were on another planet entirely. I was basically a vegatable and remember wanting to go to bed at like 7pm thinking it was early morning. Would do it again though, but I think that probably pushed my personal limits of how high it is possible to be.

Being a big weed fan, I've always been interested in being irresponsibly OTT with the stuff. I've ingested a quarter ounce of hash in a single sitting before going out for some drinks, and that didn't even compare to the cannabutter incident.

What I've always found kinda strange is that Americans always seem to know, by the gram, how much they have smoked(?). Don't you just buy a half ounce (or 14g whatever) and smoke/eat your way through it? Do you accurately 'measure doses' of weed??

i only weigh weed out if i am selling, buying, cooking with it, or using a vapo.

i have weighed it enough to know how much i am putting in a bowl, let it be .1, .2, .25... i am quite accurate having measured out low doses hundreds of times.

Then we see who could smoke the most in one sittin. Its not really a contest but at the end of the night who ever smoked the most blunts doesnt throw down next time.

this leads to us sittin on the couch ordering pizza and inviting girls over....cuz we never move once the session starts. Its not that we cant its jus were too high.

I used to smoke a lot, like every weed end there would be half ounce sessions with like 6 people that would last all night long.

every one had their bongs and pipes, and we hot boxed my friends house like three times in one night.

Hell i can remember a Hawaiian hotbox that was so thick i couldn't see my friends like a foot away from me and when we opened the door of the bathroom the rest of the upstairs of my friends house was hot boxed and there was like brown drips on the ceiling of the bathroom.

But smoking like that all the time is bad for my lungs and head, not to mention my wallet.

I also disagree with you Wiccan when you said that LSD is safer then weed. That is a very broad claim.
I don't really know through which perspective that you say LSD is safer then weed, but based on some of your other posts which I've read, I'm going to guess that you mean this in a strictly physical/chemical context.
There are other reasons that I think that LSD is much more dangerous then weed, especially psychologically and socially (I know they're not as scientific).

THis is completely off the topic, but I agree with mecreateme that there is something ritualistic, bonding and wholesome about smoking and passing with your friends. It's worth the damage to one's lungs imo, atleast for a little while.

I meant this in the sense of physical safety in high doses. People have taken hundredfolds of wallopping oral doses of LSD and returned. Humans aren't mice, I don't believe a human will survive a hundredfold of a wallopping oral dose, and a tenfold might even be dangerous to many persons.

In society the risks of LSD are routinely blown out of proportion, but there is this general thought that marijuana is totally benign. It's not, and getting real on drugs goes both ways.

There are psychological risks to LSD, but the latent schizophrenics will get just as psychotic triggered by weed as they would be triggered by LSD.

LSD can have a traumatizing effect, but many people throw their education and large parts of their lives away to a chronic sedation of pot. Especially teens have this, becoming total bums for a few months or years by overuse of pot and their failed education haunting their lives ever since.

Quote:

That's accepting that there are risks and choosing to take them. That's your right. Smoking any herb can cause cancer and respiratory diseases though, vaporizing involves inhalation of extremely hot vapor , so it's not unreasonable to recommend the oral route over any other, because that completely eliminates some very real health risks while still providing the experience.

I love how you use resources and all. But it isn't about overdosing.... When you smoke your heart races. Like instead of being 60 beats per min it goes to about 90 a min for most people that is alright. But if you have any heart problems it's playing with your life. I don't care what kind of info you can get from the internet every drug has its risks this includes pot.

Also I'm laughing about your pot doesn't cause cancers. ANY kind of smoke causes cancer. The human body isn't made to smoke substances contrary to popular belief.

I'm sure you will dig up more info trying to prove me wrong. I'm sure I could dig up a whole hell of allot more to prove you wrong.

Here are some pot links of mine: heart attacks, psychotic flareups, lung diseases and cancer and all of them caused by pot.

The extent of possible long-term damage on psyche and cognition, immune system, fertility and pregnancy remains controversial. Marijuana can induce a schizophrenic psychosis in vulnerable persons presumably without increasing the incidence of the disease. Disturbance of immunological and hormonal functions and long-term impairment of memory, attention, and complex cognitive processes are low

Clin Toxicol. 1979 Apr;14(4):433-8.  Related Articles, Links

Myocardial infarction in the virtual absence of risk factors occurred in a 25-year old man shortly after smoking a cigarette containing marijuana. Subsequent coronary arteriography was normal.

Marijuana's cardiovascular effects are not associated with serious health problems for most young, healthy users, although occasional myocardial infarction, stroke, and other adverse cardiovascular events are reported. Marijuana smoking by people with cardiovascular disease poses health risks because of the consequences of the resulting increased cardiac work, increased catecholamine levels, carboxyhemoglobin, and postural hypotension.

We already know that regular use of cannabis is associated with an increased incidence of mental illnesses, most notably schizophrenia and depression,4 but it is also worth examining its potential to cause other illnesses, especially those of the heart and respiratory system...Smoking cannabis causes chronic bronchitis, emphysema, and other lung disorders, which were recently summarised in a review released by the British Lung Foundation.3 ...Although the active ingredients of the cannabis plant differ from those of the tobacco plant, each produces about 4000 chemicals when smoked and these are largely identical...A striking feature of cannabis smoking is that it is associated with bullous lung disease in young people.6 Inflammatory lung changes, chronic cough, and chest infections are similar to those in cigarette smokers, but may also be commoner in younger people.7-9 Premalignant changes have been shown in the pulmonary epithelium, and there are reports of lung, tongue, and other cancers in cannabis smokers... For example, one could calculate that if cigarettes cause an annual excess of 120 000 deaths among 13 million smokers, the corresponding figure for deaths among 3.2 million cannabis smokers would be 30 000, assuming equality of effect. Even if the number of deaths attributable to cannabis turned out to be a fraction of that figure, smoking cannabis would still be a major public health hazard. However, when the likely mental health burden is added to the potential for morbidity and premature death from cardiopulmonary disease, these signals cannot be ignored.

Several publications have recently suggested a relationship between cannabis use and certain types of cancer. We gathered information on the latest findings on the subject. A manual and computerized bibliographic search on cannabis and cancer was conducted. In users under 40 years of age, cannabis is suspected to increase the risk of squamous-cell carcinoma of the upper aerodigestive tract, particularly of the tongue and larynx, and possibly of lung. Other tumours being suspected are non-lymphoblastic acute leukaemia and astrocytoma. In head and neck cancer, carcinogenicity was observed for regular (i.e. more than once a day for years) cannabis smokers. Moreover, cannabis increases the risk of head and neck cancer in a dose-response manner for frequency and duration of use. Interaction was observed with cigarette smoking and alcohol use. Delta9-THC seems to have a specific carcinogenic effect different from that of the pyrolysis products.

and now your links:

The dosage sufficient to kill half of the organisms tested (LD50) for orally ingested THC is approximately one gram per kilogram of body weight. Simply interpreted, this means the average sized human would have to consume 50-100 grams of pure THC to reach the LD50 level.

VERY simply interpreted. The organisms tested (and killed) were not humans and they didnt smoke it too. Anyone who directly equates animal LD50s with human LD50s has no idea what he's talking about. The International Hemp Society apparently gets away with mongering pseudoscience unlike the tobacco lobby. Well not with me they don't

Quote:
"No fatal overdose due to cannabis use has ever been recorded in humans. According to the Merck Index, 12th edition, the LD50, the lethal dose for 50% of tested rats, was 42 milligrams per kilogram of body weight when inhaled. As for oral consumption, the LD50 for rats was 1270 mg/kg and 730 mg/kg for males and females, respectively.
It would be impossible for THC in blood plasma to reach such a level in human cannabis smokers.

Whoeveryou are quoting here, he has not a clue what he's talking about. A kilo of rat never equates to a kilo of human, unless you are talking about the most basic cellular toxins. Thats a layman's equasion. Comparative toxicicology is a science in itself and that science was not applied here.

Quote:
Moreover, some evidence suggests that toxic levels may be higher for humans than for rats."

Show me that evidence.

Quote:
Edward Brechter and the Editors of Consumer Reports, Licit and Illicit Drugs, (Little, Brown and Company, 1972), 461:
"... overdose produces little acute physiological toxicity; sleep is the usual somatic consequence of overdose. No deaths due directly to smoking or eating cannabis have been documented"

1972, the year in which I was born.
I'm Dutch, I've seen enough friends become hardly rousable after a few strong joints, and by this I mean slumping in their chair, mouth ajar and unable to respond adequately should threats emerge, and not able to follow a line of conversation. This is what happens with people of no tolerance with one or two joints.

A girl I knew got the most horrible migraine attacks for hours on end every time she used weed. Her migraine, my heart attack, tourists falling unconscious in ourt coffeeshops, all that stuff in the modern literature.. 1970s data pro or contra, usually is written from propaganda and naive to today's standards.

Quote:
Australian Government Dept. of Health and Ageing, The health and psychological consequences of cannabis use chapter 5.2, Toxic Dose Level:
"Extrapolation from the animal evidence suggests that the lethal human dose of THC is at least as high as, and probably higher than, that observed in the monkey. If this is so, then the toxic dose of THC in a 65kg adult would be 8.45kg."

Stoner logic, even in this government document. THC not toxic in doses below 8 kilos? Wow thats good to know. Whoever wrote that really should've consulted Meyler's Side Effects Of Drugs or another standard medical referencebook. Meyler's is even impartial where it comes to LSD. I like to see how such extrapolation is done.

Quote:
"According to a case-control study by Dr. Donald Tashkin and his colleagues of the University of California in Los Angeles even heavy and longterm smoking of cannabis is not associated with lung cancer and other types of upper aerodigestive tract cancers. The results were presented on 26 June at the annual conference of the International Cannabinoid Research Society (ICRS)."

My vast study that i linked says otherwise.
The smoke of cannabis is laden with aspecific toxins and carcinogens (carbon monoxide, tars, formaldehyde, everything you get when you burn herbs) but cannabis is not associated with cancer of the respiratory organs. I guess THC either protects against respiratory organ cancers regardless of the carcinogens involved... or the study is deeply flawed.

Accept that there are serious risks and then choose whether or not you want to take them and how you want to take them. That's taking responsibility  at least in my book.

When I smoke 0.1gr of good cannabis I get heart racing and lowered bloodpressure, which is normal for weed. I also get a very real risk of Angina Pectoris (cardiac suffocation) and a small but present risk to get a heart attack.

It turns out I have a small anomaly in my cardiovascular system, which makes pot more dangerous than heroin in that respect. It would be too easy to disqualify my case because every human being has dozens of inbuilt weakspots. Many have them in the cardiovascular system and for some of those cannabis is acutely dangerous. perfect health is the assumed default, but the real default of humanity is imperfection.

I've gotten that, it's so excellent. Feels wonderful.

I also got a sort of strobe effect on my extremeties. My sense of touch would literally come in strobe form.

Re: taking very high doses of THC/weed [Re: keefboy]

My first experience with some White Widow was very trippy. I was very unexperienced at the time and had no tolerance whatsoever. (I was warned that it was strong, but of course I didn't listen) I quickly smoked a large bowl of the stuff and didn't feel anything special, so I was debating whether I should smoke a second bowl, at which point it hit me hard. Time appeared to be shattered, I couldn't see movement anymore, it was as if I were looking at a series of still photographs. I managed to reach my bed (motion was unimpeded and felt fluent even though I saw reality as a series of static shots updated every second or so) and decided that the best course of action was to lay down until it passed.

While lying down, the experience started to alter as it now felt that I was strobing in and out of my body. One second I was lying on my bed, the next I was outside of reality, watching time snake along as a silvery branching line. On each fork of this snaking construct there was a different future, depicted by a small tableau. For instance at one crossing, on one fork my phone was ringing on the other my phone was quiet. Not feeling up to conversation, I chose the path with the quiet phone and time evolved that way.

This bouncing in and out of reality and navigating the tree of time continued for about an hour after which the intensity started to diminish and it turned into a 'normal' weed experience, so yes high doses definitely can be hallucinogenic.

im too lazy to read the whole thread. but i must say i agree with the topic starter. you can have a crazy experience on just weed. this weekend my friend was home alone, we smoked about 7.5 grams of very fine, commercially grown silver haze. this was over a period of 24h. we were totally knocked out. at some point we were endlessly super stoned. it would not wear off and we just kept smoking. for the most of the time i was just lying around on anything comfortable. almost as if i were in coma, however i could not really fall asleep. i forgot where i were and had some VERY relaxed moments. my vision was very blurred as well. these things dont happen when i smoke a little bit, then im capable of doing anything routine. so high doses of THC are definitely a kind of its own.

Looks like it?s you who has no idea of what he?s talking about."

There?s no way to find out the human LD50 other than that one. You need to give just a bit of thinking to understand that.
As for the fact they didn?t smoke, dude, don?t be so inconsistent:
?I don't believe a human will survive a hundredfold of a wallopping oral dose? ? read your own posts in the first place.
The Hemp Society was the resource that just used the existent study. Grow wise and check WHO the authors are, then check the 20-odd Reference section in the end of the article:

?Whoeveryou are quoting here, he has not a clue what he's talking about. A kilo of rat never equates to a kilo of human, unless you are talking about the most basic cellular toxins. Thats a layman's equasion. Comparative toxicicology is a science in itself and that science was not applied here.?

Yeah, you are the only one who know what he?s talking about. Lazy like quite a few people here, you don?t think it?s necessary to read the whole article before posting your precious opinion, you completely miss the point as a result. The dose in dogs is even higher than in rats, and even more high in monkeys. Which were used as a basis for extrapolation in this specific case.
I just wonder what kind of science you apply apart from your virtue in the last instance attitude.
--------------------------------------
?Moreover, some evidence suggests that toxic levels may be higher for humans than for rats?
?Show me that evidence?

Paupers don?t have servants, dude. You want the evidence ? google the source.

?1977. Medical science didnt know one tenth then of what it knows now.

Then or now, THERE IS NO DOCUMENTED CASE OF LETHAL OVERDOSE, period.
Wanna bet? Doubt so.

?1972, the year in which I was born.
1970s data pro or contra, usually is written from propaganda and naive to today's standards.?

1966 is the year I was born. And I?m not Dutch, I?m from a city where 9 out of 10 youngsters used to smoke weed which was grown industrially in the fields just outside the city borders. These days it?s the most widely spread wild plant in my country. Price per gram here is a fraction of the ridiculously high Dutch prices.
So, don?t patronize me with your Dutch supremacy, I assure you I know about the plant not less than you do, to say the least.
I could counter any of the nightmarish examples you gave here with hundreds of opposite ones, this just doesn?t lead anywhere and induction is a layman?s way of proving the general laws on the assumption of relevance of separate individual experience. You need to study the basics of methodology of discussion, friend, no offense.
-----------------------------------
?Stoner logic, even in this government document. THC not toxic in doses below 8 kilos? Wow thats good to know. Whoever wrote that really should've consulted Meyler's Side Effects Of Drugs or another standard medical referencebook. Meyler's is even impartial where it comes to LSD. I like to see how such extrapolation is done.?

Juggling the facts, eh? Governmental study is BS compared to your holy opinion? You do despise your opponents, dude.
Meyler?s is more impartial to THC that to LSD, in fact, THC side effects are scarcely covered in his study.
Meyler?s work is 50 years old ("naive to today's standards" following your own logic?}. It?s annually updated by SEDA publications. Latest SEDA pubs put marijuana in the least hazardous drugs list, both for legal and illegal ones.
I see how you do YOUR extrapolations clearly, man.

?My vast study that i linked says otherwise.
The smoke of cannabis is laden with aspecific toxins and carcinogens (carbon monoxide, tars, formaldehyde, everything you get when you burn herbs) but cannabis is not associated with cancer of the respiratory organs. I guess THC either protects against respiratory organ cancers regardless of the carcinogens involved... or the study is deeply flawed.?

Your ?vast study? is one big flaw of reason, your own links oppose your own statements and all in all they are just a mess of mutually controversial conclusions. What are you trying to prove in such a poor way?

Let me crown it all with just another crazy statement of yours:
?It turns out I have a small anomaly in my cardiovascular system, which makes pot more dangerous than heroin in that respect?

This thread got hostile.

I think both sides of the argument are providing good points.

I think scientific studies are good but maybe a little overused in this forum without actual understanding, as a kind of ammo.

In the end, I think Wiccan_Seeker has every right to criticise the drug, considering.  However, it remains that Wiccan_Seeker resides in a very small percentage of the population.

I smoke weed. Its not good for me.  But the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, IMO.  All my friends smoke. Everyone seems OK.  It's a very friendly drug.

LSD is a MINDFUCK.  I love it, but there is no way I would ever pressure a friend to try it.  With weed I would probably push somebody to give it a shot.  LSD will raise your heartrate to a dangerous level when you are staring into the jaws of GodMonster VII, the infinite abyss of existence, blah blah.

As the Jamaicans would say, weed "is seriously easy going  "

Ok this post was rambled but I guess what I'm trying to say is that you can bash weed as much as you want, but as a drug user, it's a safe choice.  No way could I keep up an LSD 'habit'. We seek inebriation.  Marijuana provides me personally with a way of getting monged without worrying that I have to be up early or I have things to do. It lets me function and yet be stoned out of my mind, all at the same time.  And being stoned = being happy, every time. Never been paranoid, uncomfortable, whatever. We're all different

I love MJ!!

Let's all be friends

Me and buddy got some Ice-O-Lator hash while in Amsterdam, very potent shit, we smoked a pretty fat bowl of it out of a bong, just the pure hash, and after we got done coughing our asses off we sat and stared at these toads that were in the coffee shop for a good three hours, not saying a god damn word to each other. Needless to say we were fucked up.

Naw, you'd be rather stoned though.
AFAIK, a lethal dose of THC is so ridiculously high, that it's almost impossible to OD off of it, no matter what the venue of administation.

I've actually heard that the 'lethal dose' is so high that if you inject pure THC crystal, your veins will clog before the drug kills you.

I believe you have to eat 42 pounds of plant material to have a lethal dose. (stomach would explode)

I assume you would suffocate long before you OD'd by smoking.

I have marinol, my doc scribed me some. Its not nearly as good, you get a little kinda head buzz. Nothing to write home about for sure. And, I've tried taking like up to 6 of the 10 mg to try and get something, alas, nothin'. Some people however, love them, claim they get a nice little buzz.

Both sides of this argument have been dramatically misrepresented.

In my opinion:

You can't get away saying weed is Dangerous unless you can explain what you mean by dangerous. Is it going to kill you? Mild heart attack? I don't think so:

HAPPY HUNGRY SLEEPY

Of course that doesn't mean that the high blood pressure couldn't pose a risk if you had an already pre-existing heart condition. This has been stated in many sources, I can find some if you wanna nitpick. But in this case if you have these pre-exisiting conditions you shouldn't smoke weed. Weed isn't dangerous, YOU are fucking dangerous. See a doctor then read a fucking book.

Laziness? Somebody call this mothafucka and ask him about his work ethic:

WRONG. Again you are the problem. Get over it.

Getting to the point: Shooting for an overdose on anything sounds pretty stupid to me. But if you cram a bunch of hashbrownies and expect death you're going to be waiting a long ass time. You might think so and tell the paramedics or the police you're dead but you're good to go. Ever see anyone slam a bunch of edibles? They'll puke it all up before shit gets too out of control.

I HAVE seen some massive freakouts on edibles though. Like a psychedelic freakout almost, they don't know where they are, they think they're dead, can't recognize shit.

Don't mess around kids.

I know this is old thread, but I just wanted to chyme in to other things people said. My reaction to even small amounts of weed is a little exhadurated, what people describe here after a few bong hits or blunts I could get with 2 bowls.

Basically it starts off as highly elevated heart rate, I'm not talking about 80-90, I could easily hit 160-180 on an average day. Then really intense anxiety, it feels like the whole world is coming to end kind of anxiety, I start seeing everything in what few others here have described as "strobe". I've studied this effect in myself a little, what it's more accurately described is like seeing your eyes actually capturing each image. You see it in frames, it's not like it lapses or strobes, it's continuous, but I visually see each frame that my brain processes before it's processed, it also shifts sometimes, like it spins a little. Through much research I have attributed this to an effect on memory, weed basically disconnects your hypothalamus, which form short term memory, when that happens it effects how you process everything.

I am also very familiar with time distortions, which is also the result of the same effect on the short term memory, your brain doesn't recognize that a moment has past and it seems like it takes forever. This also often leads into what other user described as temporal branching. This is a highly stressful thing for me as it sometimes gets to the points where I'm not sure if I imagined a branch or it actually happened. I'm sometimes not sure if I said something or if I imagined saying it. I think of this as seeing your brain make decisions, before that decision is made in split second, and I get confused if I made the decision or just thought about making that decision.

The last one is extremely discomforting as I don't know if my actions are imagined or true and I get extremely anxious in social situations in such a case as you can imagine.

This is only a part of it, I can get tactile hallucinations, it can feel like my feet are huge, or my head is really really far from my body, or that I'm a different shape, I've thought I was a snake before. I can get extreme euphoria, this euphoria is uncomparable with any other drug I've tried, not even close, doesn't compare to heroin, vicodin, oxycodone, lsd, mdma all of which I'm very experienced with. The only thing I can relate it to is a 30 second orgasm that is about twice as strong. It happens when I close my eyes and lie back on a chair, it starts of as slight acceleration feeling, it builds up fast to the point where it feels like my body is flying a thousand of miles an hour, it's so pleasant I can't describe it, it feels like my head is about to explode from this built up tension, sometimes I have to open my eyes because it's such a strong feeling, it feels like I will die if I continue, but if I ride it out it ends in about 15 seconds and I get light headed.

In general I strongly consider weed a hallucinogen, albeit a non standard one, it effects me in such a way that no other drug can, a lot of time it's stressful as fuck but I still love it, I know if I take a toke I will be in another dimension, and that gets my heart racing even before I start smoking.

I can definitely see how it could cause a heart attack, a stroke or other similar effect, but that could also be caused by being in any highly stressful situation.

Just wanted to add this, as I feel like it's an exhadurated version of what most people experience in some way or the other.
