Ok, let's just get one thing strait in case you dont know. I am a newbie.

Ok, with that out of the way, my friend and I started down the path to mushroom cultivation on 01/12. We are using the PF-Tek and on 01/15 some of our jars showed the first signs of mycelial growth! I'm so excited! anyway, I'll be posting on our progress, and hopefully :), we wont have little to no problems with contamination. I also hope to find some hobo with a digital camera, so I can beat the crap out of him and take the camera to post some pics! not really though, thats too mean.
