With all the teks people are inventing nowadays im surprised we haven't found a good way to make an extract from mushrooms. Is anyone keen to a process or has any ideas we could look into and possibly give a go?

The best idea for an extraction process is Google (their are hundreds of methods). I enjoy my shrooms the way God intended.

I can tell you that absorbic acid will help keep extracted psilocybin stable for a long time indeed.

why bother with a extract, doses alreay are hard enought to gauge. and 5 grams of shrooms aint a lot a shrooms to eat anyways. they are SAFE the way they are.

My friends have made a very nice methanol extract.

It is the prefered way to dose among our large groups of friends.

We make mushroom goo as well call it.

.15-.30g makes the average dose the last extraction was done with pan cyan and cubenis to make extra powerful product.

We Have and its Alcohol! :grin:

Ya most people that do it do it just for the novelty of it. It's much easier and more consistent to dose a small amount of crystal than trying to gage how potent your latest batch of shrooms are. Imagine swallowing one gel cap only and tripping balls without any stomach irritations. Or dissolving it in some Everclear or Vodka and taking one shot of it. However it requires patience and time (about a week) to get a good extraction. And you need to be willing to loose some product or potency in the process. I've had good extractions with no loss of potency and bad ones with up to 50% loss.  Here is a good tech to get you started.
