Planets... The plot thickens

Take this in whatever direction you want. There're apparently planets out there (close) that are just getting discovered... It's not really my bag tonight, but I thought somebody would find it interesting. :wink:

There're apparently planets out there (close) that are just getting discovered...
Interesting in an astronomy post, but not really new, and certainly has nothing to do with spirituality, nor the wayfaring 12th planet.

Thanks for the link Ulysses. It was an interesting article.

Swami: I know you are in a debate with them on another thread, but what does that have anything to do with this. I didn't see anyone relate this to any sort of spiritual views they have. It was an interesting scientific article, what does that have to do with what they believe?

And what exactly is "the plot" that is "thickening"?

I'm sorry, please direct me to the scientific discoveries forum. And I'm also sorry if I spoke a very old and well known catch phrase, mostly in humour, to label the post. I guess I could have called it "Disregard all previous discussions in this forum because I don't want any foul thoughts about this post regarding new planets..." but that might be a little long winded.

No matter what I called this post it would obviously be associated with the planet phenomenon discussions that go on here, don't be a fool, you know that just as well as I do. In an attempt to hinder this thread from becoming a rash debate over opinions I presented it on it's own with no personal preferance either way, as in fact I have none.

Everyone knows why I posted it here, I posted it here for those of you who are interested in the discovery of new plantes, whatever effects or dissapointments they might bring. You would rather I deny those who are interested on both sides simply over semantics? Because this is a Spirituality and Philosophy forum? That's a little childish Swami. I put it where I thought the people most interested would find it, nothing more.

Think of a head-shop Swami. Everyone knows why they exist, hell, the imagery is blatant throughout the stores. Still, by choosing your words carefully, you can give the people what they need in an environment where you really shouldn't be able to... Are you the kind of person who would deny someone something over petty discrepancies?

I made no claims. Whatever you take from this thread is your own. Like I said, you can take this thread wherever you want, I had hoped you wouldn't be so quick to take it down this road.
