pressure cooker weight?

My friend just got a free pressure cooker but it dosnt have the weight that goes on top of the lid.Does anyone know where she can get a weight online for cheap or would it be cheaper to just get a brand new cooker.I searched the past posts and didnt see anything.She thanks everyone for their help.Peace

Your right she should have looked at the brand and searched before posting.It is a presto and i found what i was looking for at thier site.It's 7 bucks for a weight and its a 4 qt so she's prob just going to get a larger newer one . Anyway thanks a bunch Anno.Peace

In the meantime, you can use a shotglass for a crude substitute.
