Ok, yesterday I was smoking pot all night with my friends... The usual Friday. Anyway, all was well then when I go upstairs to get some food in the darkness, I start getting cold chills and then an overwhelming feeling ripped through me..It was fucking weird. It felt like my ears popped and there was alot of tension everywhere. When i opened the refrigerator the light was so bright I had to close my eyes. but anyways, I was wondering if any of you know what the fuck happened. I hadnt taken anything earlier and the fucked-up-ed-ness only lasted for about fifteen minutes. it almost felt like I was having a flashback but it made me feel all sick and shitty. I don't know...help.

Dunno..sometimes weed just does things no-one expects.. One time I was having weird cold chills and decided to go into bed and watch TV, i could hardly stand up..I couldn't hear what they were saying on TV but the background music of the commercials was loud as hell.....weird. People have all kinds of weird experiences with weed.

Weed is a mild hallucinagen....if you've done other drugs (particularly LSD) regular/constant smoking of weed can produce a flashback... Your body sounds stressed/toxxed out... Ever consider stopping for a while?

I agree with grnm... low blood sugar... you probably didn't have much to eat that day right? My old girlfriend used to pass out left and right when we smoked (sometimes it got pretty bad... like she passed out at work and shit) but it is because she never had much sugar in her blood and is anemic... the way I understand it, the oxygen flow or blood flow to your brain is decreased when you are high and without sugar in your blood you get wicked headrushes when you stand up or get your heart pumping... if you eat a candybar like half an hour before you smoke a bowl vs. having an empty stomach I garuntee you will be much more stoned with the empty stomach (which can become unpleasant)...

somwhere i read Castneda is a fake
he just made it all up to write his thesis to get his doctrate
i think whe material what he based it all on was real but he didn't actually experience any of it so it was all second hand, does that make it all worthless?
i think it reduces it's worth considerably

Carlos Castaneda - look him up on a search engine, you'll find quite a bit of information - I believe the first book (the one that the disputed Phd came from) was Journey to Ixtlan, but I may be mistaken...made up or not, it's a quite fascinating read...
