Stored Cakes-.....colorization

Hey, I stored 9 cakes over christams break wrapped air tight in saran wrap......just opened them up and there seems to be a little bot of blueish color on a small part of each cake......just wondering if this is ok to still case.......its all I have left and was wondering if anyone else has gotten this from stored cakes and what can be done with them. Its definitely not green, but has little tints of a blueish color to small spots. Thanks.
