Yeah it should work.....lol

Don't put perlite in your incobater....its not needed.

Picture of my set up.

One large Rubbermaid container.
One smaller Rubbermaid container...that i stick my jars in.
One Submersible Aquarium heater.
4" to 6" of water.
Keep heat at 84 to 86 degrees.
You can see the jars in the smaller container.
Now they are 90% colonized.

ok i have to say this.. the fords you were pulling out must of been ford rangers and chevy S10s. Theres no way your pulling a f350 diesel nor a 250 for that matter. Nice truck but thats what I call a grocery getter vehicle. Please don't take offense to the truth. =0)

I can pull out a full size truck.
And i have.....out of mud and stuck in snow.
Your so called Grocery getter can go places that full sized trucks only dream about going.
Shorter wheel based trucks tend to do that.
As far as not being able to pull....A V6 can pull a 21' boat...easy.
But i'm not gonna waste my time debating with you.
You can't handle the truth.
Maybe some winter i'll pull your Yugo out of the ditch for ya!
