if you guys could give me any pointers, suggestions, tips, dos and donts i would greatly appreciate it! i am using the pf tek with the coke bottle terrarium. thanks!!

Come on be nice.

Yeah.....keep things real clean and sterile.
Make sure you keep your jars at 84 to 86 degrees.
They will colonize quicker.
Have alot of patients.
And remember to have fun.
Oh.....i almost forgot.....read all that you can.
