delayed growth

AFOAF inoculated 10 jars over 6 weeks ago with the Equadorian strain.

Out of the 10 jars, 5 still show no sign of growth at all. 2 are about 95% done and the other 3 ar about 30% colonised.

Any ideas on what could be causeing the growth to be so slow. They were kept in about 60oF for the first 3 weeks and are now in 80oF so that could be part of it but why the big difference between all the jars?

couldn't tell ya whats up with them. mine are taking forever too, i think its cuz i had them on the floor of teh closet for the first 3 weeks, at 60 degrees about, put them in 84 and they started movin ;) , 3 are 98%, 2 are 75% and the other 7 are 50%, i guess its normal to grow at different rates, dont know about the 0% ones, thats wierd.......(mine have been going for about 6 weeks too)

could be bacterial contams in the 5 that show no growth .. maybe a poorly made syringe .. low spore count?
