Since i live in SK,CANADA (cold as f'in hell!!) and my gf wont allow horse poo in the house, im hoping someone would be able to tell me if it loses any nutritional value sitting out in the bitter cold. I plan on collecting it now, and then thawing it out and leeching it in a couple weeks.

Yea, the cold shouldn't hurt it But you will need to dry it out.

You should dry it before you use, just to make sure that all urine is out of it. I suppose you could just cook it and break it up, but that might be stinky Just throw it on a tarp and let it sit for a while

I took frozen poo and brought just enough for what I needed inside and put it in the basement in a plastic bag with the top of the bag rolled open. I left it like that for a few days and then broke it up trough the bag, let it sit another couple days andinished drying it in the oven on 150f with the door open and the fan on. It smells very very little. Good luck

You dry it out because that will stop the activity of all the little microorganism's that make aged horse manure like gold to us.
Fully drying it then keeping it in a dry warm place inside of a plastic tub or something similar is the proper way to store horse poo.
If you leave horse poo kinda wet inside of a container that doesn't allow it to have much air exchange and isn't exposed to UV light etc. Your providing perfect conditions for unwanted bacteria to flourish. The end result will be all that nice manure turning into shit..... Winter can make it a pain in the ass for sure. I had a few nice days in November that I got a chance to get my shit prepared but had to dry it in the garage with a ceramic heater.
