I take beans quite a bit. On comedowns I get the headache, the tummy ache, the drowsiness... BUT for some reason I am still luvved up, and hopeful, and will sink very happily into my boyfriends arms. This is on weekends. By about wednesday, I start feeling a bit anxious, a bit paranoid, sometimes i even feel a bit trippy. My solution to that is to take breaks. E is a chemical, it is harmful in the long run. But to me, E was a medicine. I had been on prozac and temazepamfor a year and was still suicidal. E reminded me what it was like to be happy, and from then on it was easier to achieve. MDMA takes approx 2 weeks to get out of your body. You have to learn what works for you. I know when I need breaks because i know when I'm feeling like shit, when I'm taking it out on others. But i disagree with some of the comments ive seen. E has helped me become a much happier person. I dont plan to do it for the rest of my life. I only want it while it is still fun. If it stops being fun, its not worth it. I feel much happier, fulfilled and saner now(and yes, I am currently on one of those breaks)

Another thing to think about is the fact that now a days your almost guaranteed to get a cut pill. So argue all you want about mdma i'm more worried about the questionable stuff in it. Actually i don't care. Oh yeah I'm a raver too, but PLUR and house are for pussies.

If there is to be a brave new world, our generation is going to have the hardest time living in it.

wait, you have left your body on e? whassat?! I have never heard that abot e, never. Haven't heard of any visuals beyond trailers, ligth enhancement, etc. Maybe rethink your source.

That is all a little off topic. Go to the slideshow someone posted above, it is a VERY good resource. Don't think that you aren't hurting yourself just because some random person(s) on the internet said so--go do research, and then read peer reviews of the research. erowid.org, ecstasy.org, dancesafe.org, we all know the urls.
