2 months to colonization

So I have these three very slow jars (I roasted them, then froze them) By the time they are birthed they will be like 2 months old.... I am scared to case b/c I have never even had succesfull cakes, but will they be way too dry to give me lots of mushrooms if I don't case them??

Dunk em first before you case if your scared they're too dry. Won't hurt.

If you don't know how to dunk do a search on "dunk" or "dunking".
