Is 60 degrees too cold....

for a fruiting chamber at 85% humidity? Its a B+ strain. Also do i need to buy a bigger ultrasonic fogger or will 85% be adequate? I'm psyched this is my first grow and i used the basic pf tek for my cakes and i got 12 for 12, even with steaming in a normal pot. Only 1 cake is truly cultured to 100 percent though, the others still have about a day left. Its been 17 days since innoculation.
