Is this Contamination??

I was wondering if these little spots are some sort of contamination. The spots are a redish brown color and since they have appeared they have not grown in size. Also under close inspection of a couple jars I noticed that these same spots have poped up in places the mycelium has not yet reached. Anyway your input would be appreciated.
