Could you expand a little more on what you mean by "their choices"?

Hmm... with 'their choice' I did mean if you left them a choice to change something by letting them know about your choice

Yes, that's what I thought you meant. No, they don't need to change anything. I just can't "have my cake and eat it, too."

If it's clear to them, why you made the decision, then the effects of pain should be minimized.

Well, it's as clear as it can be to someone who is not inside my head & heart. Thanks for your input.

I thought the original quote was "to have your Kate and Edith, too!"

and I thought this was serious shit!
didn't we hear about it earlier on, - I wasn't too happy about the brewing of it 2 months ago. intrigued, sordidly, voyeuristically, but not too happy about how it bends the matrix of human relations.
the inner archetypes must have declared more than just a will to joyous forevers. damn those inner animals - can't live with them can't live without them.
or maybe I am wrong about this.

I would say yes or no but I'm never quite sure what you're talking about. And nothing is serious shit.

No, but you know RGV would be a hoot to trip or get stoned with. Would probably make sense then.

What if it's a really, really large cake? Couldn't you eat some & have some left, too?

You're the only one who can speak RGV.
