Here you go: Polystyrene http://scientificsonline.com/product.asp?cs=p&pn=3081529 Glass http://scientificsonline.com/product.asp?pn=3081584&bhcd2=1136367451
Took me forever to find these. They're a really good price. Everything else I looked at was way to expensive.
They say "Sterilized prior to packaging, (not for immediate sterile use)". I got some and just clean them with bleach-water in still air (glove box).

That many quarts, you may want to look into a liquid culture tek. Here's a few

Why not just inoculate with a spore syringe? You'll have to wait for the spores to germinate on the agar anyway, so you won't be saving any time by using agar. Look into liquid cultures (LC's) if you are trying to get the most out of your syringe(s).

All the girls say I'm quick on the trigger Seriously, agar is a pain in the ass. All you need is 2 petri dishes and try to isolate a sub-strain, and you'll soon see you can't beat LC. (wow, that sounded gay)

Well I wanted to isolate a strain, they told me that by doing so (vs multiple spore syringes) you will get a much healthier and larger yield. And i definately want that so i figured the extra few days was worth it. And im 24 (1)quarts because my trays are pretty deep. I have seven 5 quart trays, so i figured i would fill them up each with 3 quarts of substrate.

How does that work? I just want to isolate the stupid strain so i can get my high yields!

Oh and another reason why i might not want to go into liquid culture, this is my first grow! I already mastered the technique for rye growing in terms of knowledge, now i just need the experience. It would be a pain in the ass to spend another week doing as much research as i did for this method to now have to do it all over again.

Liquid cultures are extremely easy. Once you have your strain isolated, allow your spores to germinate using a liquid culture. From there you can create many other liquid cultures using one to propagate the other. It doesn't get much easier.

Theirs not that much info on liquid culture, i rather just stick to rye for right now. So about strain isolation with agar or other........?

Did you even click the link I gave you earlier? Everything you need to know is there. There's like 8 different LC teks. It sounds like your pretty set on agar, so search. There's a lot about isolation in the advanced mycology section if that tells you anything. Can't explain strain isolation in one post.

Liquid culture is hardly something that takes too much research. I believe Road Kills recipe calls for:
-4cc's of Karo syrup -96cc's warm water
Put the karo and water into a jar(s) PC for about 20-30 minutes Let Cool Inoculate with spore syringe Wait!
As far as your isolate producing high yields, you'll have to try a few. Read THIS thread if you haven't already.
You'll get nice flushes from multispore inoculations if done right.

Man, I hardly trust and agar plate not to contam between pouring and full growth. I wouldn't want one handled by a bunch of people and shipped across country.
Pouring isn't hard. All you need is a good recipe http://www.shroomery.org/index.php/par/23367 and still air. Have you read Psilocybin: Magic Mushrooms Grower's Guide? Sounds like you have.
If you want an isolated strain, and are willing to wait... You might inoculate (multi-spore) a PF cake (or grain) and grow that. Take some tissue from the biggest fruits and put it on agar. Let it grow. Now you have an isolated strain that is guaranteed to fruit... and you have some mushies to eat.
