A Chocolate Recipe! 1

i couldn't find a decent chocolate recipe with any measurements, so i put together a recipe that could be double, halved, tripled, whatever.
-1 Large Hersey bar (5 ounce / 141 gms)(i prefer 1/2 milk choc. and 1/2 special dark choc.) -19 gms of powered mush. (use a coffee grinder on cracker-dry fruits) -8 Tealights http://www.refinedliving.com/ProductImages/large/bag_tealights_lg.JPG ---These are your molds. $3 for fifty at most stores. ---Take the candles out of the metal cases, wipe out any left over wax. Save the candles for something romantic.
Set up a double-boiler: 2in. of water in a large pot. Put crumpled foil or a rag on the bottom, just like when you PC jars. Put a smaller pot inside this one = double boiler.
Get a paper towel and put a little butter/ oil on it and give the small pot and the molds a rub-down lightly greasing them. (optional, but recommended)
Turn on heat to high. Put your broken-up chocolates in the smaller pot, stir as they slowly melt. IMPORTANT; When the water starts to simmer, turn the heat to the lowest setting. Once the chocolate is completely melted, pour in the powder and stir in. I like to add some peppermint oil at this point for extra flavor. Stir the hell out of it, evenly distributing the powder.
Spoon the mixture into the molds, filling exactly to the top. It should fill all 8 almost perfectly, 8 2gm+ treats.
Let them dry at room temp or toss them in the freezer for quicker hardening. Once hard, take a knife and slip it down inbetween the mold and the chocolate. Give it a twist, and the metal should tear easily, then just peel it completely off and youve got a tasty little secret. ENJOY.

And they will, in the Psychedelic Experience forum. I'm sorry, but this should be in the appropriate forum for all to see. Nice recipe by the way.

Excellent idea. I did this with my tea recipe as well. Share it with everyone, everywhere you go.

That's an awesome recipe, thanks Omni!
Hey, have any of you tried the alcohol extraction method Stamets mentions in "Psilocybin Mushrooms of the World"? That could make for some interesting mixed drinks.
"No, that's not Blue Curacau!"

here it is... mine is done on a larger scale. But i think you might like it.
Using Ice Cube trays as molds is key. That way you don't have to keep buying tealights. Enjoy.
