 drinking and antibiotics

just got back from the doctor, my throats been fucked up for a couple days. he says i have an upper respitory infection but my lungs are fine, so he prescribes me Omnicef, 2 a day, for a week, and tells me on new years eve that if i take both in the morning i can have 1 or 2 drinks that night.
unacceptable.
i plan on getting wrecked as per usual on new years, especially since my 2 best friends are leaving for europe a few days after and its my last chance to really see them both at the same time.
i really only drink and smoke weed (occassional shrooms), and i dont even drink very often, so all id be doing is drinking and smoking.
should i skip the meds on saturday? would that fuck up the whole process of them working? should i take 1 and drink that night? does pot have an effect on a standard antibiotic like this?
my dads a pharmacist and he told me only to drink a couple on saturday night and since he doesnt know i smoke i figured id ask y'all.
i value my kidneys very much and would enjoy them working to their full potential as often as possible.

Just don't take them.All it will do is just postpone their effectiveness if anything.
