b. if your friend knows how to wrap shit the right way, take care of the addy, ONLY mail through USPS. then all i have to say is "i know someone who has done this before" its works perfectly and theres no need to be scared!

Personally I doubt the seller is the direct recipient of the paypal $. Probably has someone who he runs the transactions through to avoid any direct link, besides maybe the other person.
It could be done safetly, not to mention fast/effeciently. I'd buy a subscription or two...

I used to know a gentleman who recieved USPS priority mail envelopes bi-weekly these envelopes contained a few sheets of phenomanal acid with several pieces of paper always worked out for him of course, this was before paypal, they sent their money the old fashioned way: western union w/ a secret question

I think it would be a very simple thing to accomplish without much trouble. Although, do I really need to state the consequences? Everybody needs to be very careful. cid will put you in jail for way too long with just a simple mistake. PayPal is a big mistake. He should sacrifice convenience for safety. I was looking at the DEA website, and if I deciphered their gibberish correctly, 1-9 grms of LSD(mixture) will put you in jail for no less than 5 years. I'm assuming that "mixture" includes paper, so if you have one sheet of blotter, your going to jail for 5 years. I only bring all this up, because the mail service, although statistics would make you believe otherwise, is not the wisest choice. Everything can and will go wrong, no matter how safe you think your being.

I saw this too, after weighing a 2.5x"2.5" piece of paper, I got .3 grams. Double it for heavier water paper, and count in the fact that you need to be selling. This is about on par with their standards, only when on paper.
But lets take a step back. For some reason these fucktards say 1-9 grams or HITS. These standards are too fucked up to hold with a good lawyer. This could be 1,000 hits of blotter, one dose of sugar cube, or 90,000 doses of crystal.

In terms of safety, I would think that USPS would be much better than UPS or other private carriers, as long as whatever it is being sent is sent First Class.
It is my understanding that First Class Mail is protected from unwarranted search/seizure (4th Amendment). Since UPS/FedEx/Whatever are private carriers, they can fuck the 4th amendment all they want.
If the feds suspect whomever is involved, they can still get a warrant and search the mail. So it's risky with USPS, but its hella risky with private carriers.
One should spend the extra few cents for first class. Don't be cheap and send via parcel post :p
