100-110 degree heat kill spores?

Shroomers,
I've innoculated 12 half pint jars half EQ and half Amazonian. I'm incubating them, using a pump and water heater. My question is that a couple times the temp raised to fuckin' 100-110 degrees for 12 hours or so each time. It's hard as fuck to control. Have I killed my spores? Because all my other jars I've made in the past germinated after 3 days.

Most likely... 12 hours of over 100 degrees will probably kill the spores.
If they don't germinate within a week or so you know they're dead.

Foaf , did the same thing his incubator's temps hit 105-108 deg . Except he dident realize it for 7 days ! He set them out at room temp , about 9 days later there was germination . So it could take awhile let em sit out for a bit they may come around . Its been posted that mycellium starts to die at 108 deg . But if you dident have any to begin with you could be alright. Thats how it was in foaf's case .. Goodluck..
