I just started seeing mycelium in my jars after recieving my syringe frozen and thinking nothing was going to happen.The thing is that i also did two Myco-Bags and i cant see any growth in them.Is this because i put the spore solution on the top of the substrate instead of down the sides in a jar??? I'm using EQ strain and i keep my incubator at 84' F with a little fluctuation of course.Any and all input is greatly appreciated.

I expect that the growth in the mycobags is present but not visible. Have you gently mixed the mycobag contents to speed colonization yet? If you haven't, now would be a good time to do so. I have found that the bag visibility isn't as good as glass and growth needs to be pretty advanced before becoming obvious. Good luck!
