Why Can't we use liquid fertilizer?
I seems if you added some kinda
fertilizer when the shrooms stop,
you should get more woodfish.
BTW
Woodfish is what Mountain people call
shrooms.

Try this. Find a nice big cow pie and break it up into a large pot of boiling water. Boil for a few hours, strain, toss the shit and keep the water. Reduse the liquid on low heat until just before it gets thick. Now you've got liquid fert to use in a PF cake instead of water.
Do the same with any highly nutritious substrate.
Comments anyone?

I just got back from the
emergency room. My Tally whacker is red and
wrapped in cool cloths. The Doctor said the hair
might grow back on my taint

Shymanta, that is something that many people have done before, but with variations (good thinking though!).
I would imagine that it couldn't be boiled down till it's thick. plus you would need to add some H2O2 or sterilize the stuff to keep it from spoiling. Trust me, rotting manure tea (what it's called) is NOT something you would enjoy. sometimes you even get these albino wormy creatures with big spiny tails and pincers! scariest things Ive ever seen.... any ways, lol.
back on topic, plants don't even use nutrients the same way that mushies do, and in totally different amounts.

First time I did the pillow case method I save the poo tea... I poured it into a 2 gallon jug and seal it..... A few weeks later I brought it out and opened it. the smell was SOO strong it just about knocked me out.... Makes me cringe thinking about it..wont be doing that again.
