I'd wait a little longer. What is the temperature that you are incubating at? If its lower than 72 degrees, it may take several more days before germination is noticable.
The freezing may have killed many of the spores in the syringe, especially if it froze and thawed and froze repeatedly. A single freezing event seems to be less harmful but may still delay noticable growth due to a reduced number of viable spores. I'd only begin to worry if nothing shows in 10-14 days, especially at the optimum temperature of 85F.
If after that time there is still no sign of growth or contamination, the mycobags should still be usable for reinoculation with another syringe. I would also request a replacement syringe at that time. Good luck.
