$40 gets you 8oz of clean urine. Why waste $60 on a drink or pills that won't work? I got what you need.

I was just wondering, is selling urine illegal in any way? I can't find any federal laws on the subject, but this guy sure got a kick in the ass from South Carolina.

USA ? GREENVILLE, S.C. -- A judge has sentenced a man to six months in prison for selling urine to beat drug tests.
Jurors took two hours Friday to make Kenneth Curtis the first person to be convicted under a 1999 S.C. law that makes it illegal to sell urine for defrauding a drug test. He used to operate out of Greenville, but has moved to Hendersonville, N.C.
Curtis also was sentenced to five years of probation and ordered to pay a $10,000 fine."

In 1999, Act 65 was signed into law in South Carolina outlawing efforts to obstruct or interfere with alcohol and/or drug tests. Violations of the Act include selling or possessing adulterants, substituting a specimen, and spiking a specimen. The law makes it illegal to give away or sell urine to be used to defraud a drug or alcohol screening test. First time offenders can be sentenced to up to three years in prison.
The South Carolina Supreme Court upheld the Act by ruling (Curtis v. South Carolina, 01-875) that a person cannot sell his fluids (i.e., urine) as part of a business that caters to people who are trying to beat a drug test.
Kenneth Curtis, the individual that initiated the case, sells drug-free urine, along with a small pouch, tubing and a warming packet for $69. He claims that use of his product can not be detected even if directly observed. The Court determined that the statute, which makes it unlawful to defraud a drug test, furthers the public purpose of ensuring a drug-free workplace and therefore, was upheld.

$40 dollars is a rip off for urine that is perishable. I pay twelve for my dehydrated from whizzinator.com it has passed my over 7 gc/ms tests performed at the medical examiners office so far for drug court monitoring.

How do you keep it warm?
We ahve random piss tests at work and the first thing that they do when you hand them the jar is that they put a temp. strip on it.
How can you get around that, clean urine or not?

I'll keep that in mind. We are only subject to random testing once a year (unless you wreck a forklift) and I had mine back in September.

To keep it warm you use hand/foot warmers like Quantum said. But be sure you get the ones that only heat to around 107F and not the ones that heat to ~130F.
Put the sample in a concealable container and wrap 2 warmers($1 at almost any store) around it with some rubber bands and give it about 20 minutes to come to temp. You'll know it's right when it feels like, well, the temperature of piss

Well now you know you never have to worry about another test again. Just look for a product called Quick Fix 4.0 at your local head shop or on ebay. Keep it in your truck of where ever untill they test you again. It has everything needed to substitute a UA including the synthetic urine and warmer pads your own temp strip and carrying bottle.
