Euro's

Today marks the release of the new Euro currency which replaces the franc, deutschmark, drachma, escudo, guilder, lira, marrka, peseta, punt and schilling in Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.

Our European customers electing to pay in cash are no longer required to send US funds. We now accept the Euro at par from our European customers.

Those in Britian, Sweden and Denmark, the three countries not taking part in the currency switch, will still be required to pay in US funds...or Euro's. At todays market price, paying in Euro's will actually save you about 10%.

I don?t think many canadians and americans knew that from now on more than 300 million people in europe use the same currency.

Although it is worth to mention that only 12 of more than 40 counties in Europe have the Euro for the moment...

Ya, England, Sweden, Denmark and lots of other countries are not participating but it's a step in the right direction.
Here in BC, there is enough room to fit about 10 countries but I can't imagine using a different currency every couple hundred miles!

Now if they would all learn to speak Canadian, we wouldn't have to deal with all these different languages!

just put an "eh" after every sentence and you'd be able to speak canadian...

I'm a Canadian and I've never said "eh" once in my life. As a matter of fact, I've never heard anyone that actually talks like you yankees think we do besides for the damn Quebec-ers. Jean Chretien makes us all look bad...
