Try a search engine. It finds the info you need for you so you don't have to ask us. www.google.com and type "Lucid Dreams" and you will be enlightened :o).

Total abstinence is so excellent a thing that it cannot be carried to too great an extent. In my passion for it I even carry it so far as to totally abstain from total abstinence itself.

Also I remember seeing some kool texts about it in erowid. Go to www.erowid.org but on the home page click on mind/body rather then plany/drugs and they have a bunch of shit in there not only about lucid dreams but OBEs and crazy shit like that. My best advice to you if your going to try lucid dreamins is to keep a journal. Im sure you know what im talking about right? Also try and question yourself several random times throughout the day as to what you are doing have been doing for the past hour and what you will do in the next hour. If you keep this pattern it will rub off on you into your dreams and you will detect a dream easily if you notice what your doing doesn't make sense thus making you lucid.
