About to case the large 2 loaf pans, any recommendations of how many 1/2 pints per pan. thanx

How large?
3-5 cakes per pan would be sufficient depending on the size of them.

Err..meant to say what's the size of the trays..
Generally you want the substrate to be about 1-2 inches thick.

the size of the pan is 11 3/4in X 5 5/8in X 3 3/16in
