Pale, As I recall (and im no expert) bruising is caused by either a) handling excessively b) being too dry or c) being too wet. I could be wrong but a simple search of this forum would yeild you a more detailed and thorough answer. *points up to the search button*

btw, from what i've seen bruising generally does not mean a thing, just let it be and forget about it.
