cloneing: will this work?
    #504716 - 12/30/01 12:07 PM (16 years, 9 months ago)

I don't have a coffee grinder. I was wondering if I took a stem and used a mortar and pestle to grind it up. add the 1/3 cup h2o2 and add sterile water into that to spread it around. Can't do agar right now. Should I go that route or use the core a peice of the stem and use honey water? What's worked best for ya'll?

core piece + honeywater + H2O2
then you allow mycelium to grow from the pieces (couple weeks or more, if you're pretty clean). then it should work. and remember... the more you allow mycelium to grow, the less time your jars (bags or whatever) will take to colonize... good luck!
