i've cooked 2 steaks in 2 days, both on the stove top in a frying pan with butter (real butter) and i have to say, it's a lot easier, tastier, jucier and quicker than any bbq i've ever eaten... its like the juice just gets sealed inside and your steak is just continueously getting moister... it's fucking awesome... fuck a bbq, mother fuckin shit always tryin to dry a steak out and shit...

it's simple as hell... you heat the pan up pretty hot, but not super hot, then season your meat with garlic salt, garlic powder, pepper, and a dash of season salt... then melt some real butter in the pan, just a thin layer where the steak is gonna be, then toss that bitch in... wait like 2 minutes, add more butter, flip, and then let that side cook a few minutes... then back the heat down to like, medium high. then flip it every few minues, doiing butter in between.... then scrape all the seasoning off that got all burnt on there, cause it comes right off... do a final quick season with a little bit more seasonings, and viola...

it's best to cut pieces while it's cooking... those taste the best...
