It's neither slander nor horseshit. I have had many Leftists tell me that both Bill Gates and Jack Walton exploit the masses. Their only justification for this allegation is that both men are extremely wealthy. None of the Leftists I have met so far has been able to explain to me how providing gainful employment to thousands of people is exploitation.
"What Leftists (like myself) say is that People like Bill Gates should pay their fair share of taxes instead of buying politicians who will push the burdon onto the middle class."
Bill Gates and Jack Walton probably each pay more taxes every day of the year than you and I combined will earn in our entire lives. You can bet that the IRS goes over their tax reports with a fine-tooth comb. As for the increasing tax burden on the middle classes...
It is the Leftist lobbyists that are directly responsible for the government's enormous "income-redistribution" industry in the first place. Where does the money to fuel that industry come from? Taxes.

As for the increasing tax burden on the middle classes...
It should be noted that the Bush tax cut did not cut the 15% tax bracket in any way. Just gave them a 300 dollar check so they think they got somthing while the upper tax brackets got tremendous tax cuts.
But that's not increasing their tax burdon, it's just maintaining it while reducing that of the rich. I think your argument about the tax burdon of the middle class is wrong for that reason.

Which argument? My contention is that the reason the middle class is saddled with a heavy tax burden is that there are too many Leftist-initiated government programs.
Do you disagree?

I misunderstood your words to mean that the middle class tax burdon was increasing while the rich didn't pay their fair share. No, I don't disagree with your last statement.
