Little details

After spending all day mixing substrate and boiling jars I started reading some more here and discovered two little things I might have screwed up on.
1. I ran out of BRF and went to the grocery store and bought some, it doesn't say organic on the bag but whole grain. Is this going to cause failure?
2. I made my own syringe from a print from Ralph. I only let the spores sit in the water for about a half hour before I innoculated. Will this cause some sort of failure?

I did about the same with my spores (only in the syringe for about a half-hour) and my jars are colonizing like crazy. I think you'll be fine.

Can't say as to your BRF, though.

Good luck! :-)

Rehydrate nah.... mine always worked fine. I innoculated 10 minutes after making 3 syringes from a spore print! They are colonizing after 50 hours! Im very Impatient so i keep track of these things!
