Wal-Mart had a nice Thermometer/Hygrometer for $25. It stores Max/Min temperature and humidity, for checking how things were going while you were away, and it also has an alarm setting for if a certain threshold is met for either temp or humidity - very nice! Go Wal-Mart. (Hardware section)
