pre-shroom brain loading

Does anyone here know about pre-loading your brain prior to a shroom trip to enhance its effects? Since n,n-dimethyltryptamine seems to be derived some way from tryptophan, can loading up on 5-htp, or some of the amino s like L-Tyrosine, L-Glutamine, or even DLPA do anything special? Any experiences? I'm thinking I'm gonna just experiement and see what happens in a few days....

I mixed neurotin and shrooms... haven't slept for days, ill-tempered, general anxiety... Thought I was just outside "serotonin syndrome"... that's the "melt" you get when you OD on "X"... Never done "X" ... Never will... It can permanantly fry your brain... I don't remember whether 5-HTP works in the serotonin sites or not... If it does, you could have the same reaction.
