50/50 mix with oyster shells?

I need to know how much oyster shell flour to mix with my substrate? help would be appreciated

i hope you made a typo when you typed "flour". you are supposed to use straight oyster shells. if you use the flour kind your mycelium will die instantly. they are allergic to it. it says so right in The Mushroom Cultivator.

Really? Which page does it say that?
