Suggestions for Mazatecs

I have 10 jars nearing full colonization, and they are all covered with thick white myco, but I don't know when to birth them, I already birthed my 11th one, which was from honey water, but it's been sitting on a verm launch pad in a perlite rubbermaid for a day, It hasn't done much yet, anyone know If I have to cold shock mazatec? Is it a good casing strain?

i have 2 maztecs fruiting and i also birthed 5 more yesterday that were innoculated 12 days ago. never cased maztecs yet and im planning on keeping them in cakes top fruit for new years but i didnt find that cold shocking did much for this strain. try the inner reservoir tek; my flushes produced about the same # of shrooms but bigger ones after i put in the inner res. i just stuck a straw in the cake and extracted the inner portion with the straw and re-inserted it in the empty space. i also found that this strain does not like to fruit anywhere around 68-70 degrees; your flushes will be much better if you can keep it at 75 at all times.

o yeah. those 5 new cakes are double cased rather than when i used inner res for the older 2 cakes.
