Desktop Organizer

Hey I'm looking for a simply Daily Calendar/Personal Organizer that will use very little system resource, and run very quietly.

I'm hoping for something almost like an active desktop window. Does anyone have any suggestions?

if you enjoy firefox, sunbird is anice standalone calender program thats free that they made
