yea..the horse shit was 'pasteurized' @ 150-160 F for about 2 hours..I didn't turn up the hotplate hot enough..
Should I use it or just redo the process tomorrow morning?

safest bet is to redo it.

Once you have a core temp of 150 / 160, two or 3 hours is right on the money.
You sure as hell don't want to go over 180F.

naw... You can spawn to unpasteurized substrate without any problems, just a higher chance of getting trich down the road.
