help fast please

i have a casing 1/3 colonized and i need to start pinning. i also have some cakes i that are fully colonized how do i start pining. i am growing eqs. i do not want overlay on my casings.

Try lowering the temp to about 70 degrees for a day or two and provide lots of fresh air. Don't let your casing dry out and most importantly.... be patient!
