There are some claims on the net sayin discocactus zehntneri is active. Any truth to these claims?

Hmm i dont remember, it was a quote from a professor in peru. I found this when searcing at shaman-australis now. It seems that both discocactus and some trichs are both called moon cactus and that discocactus doesnt grow in peru so it might be a mix up
