The main difference I can see it that you have already admitted altering your photos, and Hawke adamantly denies doing same.

Also, I dont think you were banned stictly because of your accusations of pic altering. Over the past few months you have left a bad taste in the mouths of most of the prominent members of the OMC, what with this email to Anno business and such.

I would imagine it (your accusation of hawke) was the last straw, the one that broke that old tired camels back youve been riding.

I have no idea who banned you, but I hope they keep banning you until you realize that you can only interact here if you can be civil.

Just my opinion on why, I could be way off base.

McMan - You were banned once and you have said you are leaving here and not coming back at least 3 times now. So why do you keep coming back and stirring up shit? Is it because you like it? Obviously. Mr. Fryd is right, there is only so much you can pile on our backs before we give in to the pressure. Maybe you should go back and read the signup page, it says use of this board is strictly permissive. We don't like to ban people but when it comes down to it, we aren't going to be pussies and let you run around doing as you please.

I did not involved in this before, I just feel there are a few things I should say if I may...

Firstly I've seen the supposed doctored photos from Ryche and I don't think they are at all doctored... I think the prevailing belief is that they are not, but hey thats just me...

The ones from you mcman did look doctored and that I think is the difference here... Anno's proof is much more believable IMO than this Ryche supposed doctoring..

Why not let the quiet masses tell us what they think since I know nobody wants to get into this debate..

Well you can argue whatever you want, but I still believe that you did in fact threaten anno, in fact like I've said before I have a PM that with your permission I would post to show exactly that you did in fact admit to threatening anno...

But whatever, neither side will ever agree, so why even try.

I still don't see that photo as being doctored, it just looks like the cap goes under, nothing strange about that...

But I won't claim I know much about doctoring photos, I just believe Ryche that he says this is all BS... I have a right to believe him if I chose, if you call it favoritism that is your right...

Ryche has done TONS for this community by helping keep it alive with his financial support, so yeah I will give him the benefit of the doubt, those pictures don't look incriminating at all IMO...

lol, ok you got me, I like a guy who's given financial support to this community without asking 'anything' in return ever from the admins.... I told you I have favoritism, but I make my decisions as fairly as I can, but I can't always be perfect, as I've said before....

If I have to make it abundantly clear, I like Ryche, I respect Ryche, and because of that I chose to believe him over you and nushroom.... Plus those photos are a joke if you think its evidence, so please don't think its me being bought off or anything of the sort..

Just remember Mcman, you offered me lots of cash on a monthly basis to delete all of Ryche's photos..... Hmmm...

OK, I'll fess up , sporeworks, mushmush, little shop of spores, myco supply and even others such as myco tek, micron magic pay monthly to help this site exist... Obviously some have gone, hint hint....

Do I respect the vendor that was helping this place out way back when Aphex was running this place, YES... Does that make me corrupt or somehow bad, hell NO..

Hey Fryd, well it was large sums, we are talking around $1000 US a month....

Well, I have to say, in all honesty, that paying to have the competitions pics removed is pretty chicken shit.....

I think McMan would have had better luck promoting his business by using that $1000/mo to put bigger and better ads in High Times, etc.

I for the life of me dont see how ralph can stand all the bad publicity that comes his way because of the silly grade-school antics of his 'partener'.

As soon as shit started getting weird, I jumped ship. I decided early on that I could not be associated with this silly behavior, for it would surely take my karma into the depths of negativity.

I think he would do better to 'estrange' himself from McMan and get on with it. I personally think ralph is an ok guy, hes just not much of a leader in the business aspects of their business.

Why didnt you take the money Thor, and use it to improve the site. You could have had ryche post some sorry pics and then you could have deleted them and at least gotten a few months payment.

Might as well take the $$ and run if thats what its gonna be used for.....

You mention Ryche 'paying me off', how interesting you use that word when he 'donates' monthly and NEVER asks for anything from us...

What have I admitted mcman, that Ryche has been supporting this place before the ADs, that is somehow a bad thing?

You assume that because he donates money that somehow makes him above the law, not a chance.. You tried to entice me with money to remove his pics, and yes also first just to move them and I said no.. If I was corrupt I would have taken your offer, but I have morals and I refused.

So yes, I did show my true colours with you, by saying no to your offer of money.... And it was no small amount either, what does that say about my integrity, what does it say about yours?

Thankfully I've had to do little to defend my reputation, you do so much on making me look good by constantly getting into these fights and trying to make me look bad.... I think its time you gave it a rest don' t you?

You have a great community here.
I enjoy hours on hours of reading the useful information that is posted here.
How you get your funding is not anyones business but your own, Period.
You sound like you do have integrity.
I have sat back and watched these flame wars for the past several months now.
You have a responsiblity to this forum, not to allow this kind of behavior to continue.
Deleting all the bad threads might be the answer to your problem....Its your call.
Warning people in PM that there behavior is unacceptable and that they will be ejected from the community for a certain period of time (that you decide) and then following through with it might be a good answer too.
I personally don't have a problem with anyone in this forum.
But then again i haven't been around that long.
I have met some really great people here.....and have seen some great inter-reactive posting that is helpful to the whole community.
Seems to me that some of the Vendors are bashing each other for Sales....or to seperate the community into clicks.
I refuse to fall into the click....Sorry if this offends anyone.
I'm here to learn from people....and to make new friends.
I hope this can be resolved....I know alot of the people in the community are tired of the Spore Wars.

I never really liked Jerry Springer or TV for that matter, but I really did enjoy the weeks of shit going on between Ryche and Pf. This is why I feel that banning McMan would take away a prominent member and contributor to this community. YOu'd be taking away a good 20-30 minutes of ENTERTAINMENT away from some of us dedicated readers. You know, a little taste of bullshit for a few minutes a day helps deter you from committing the same crime. It also teaches you a great lesson in the business world. In short, "real gangsta ass niggaz don't flex nutz, cuz real gangsta ass niggaz know them got em."

I might be pissing in the wind,but I really like McMan.He is an extremely hard worker and world-class cultivator,and he doesn't just talk the talk,he walks the walk.Soon he will get the recognition that he is so highly deserveing of.The ones who blackballed him,will look like huge fools.Why am I sticking up for him? Like my father once said,in this world,there are only two types:hero's and zero's.If I didn't stick up for someone I KNEW was being treated unfairly,then I would never be able to look in the mirror again.If every vendor actually ate the mushroom that is giving them their income,I think all this silly bickering would come to an end. I can understand why you stand up for him, I do agree he is hell of a cultivator, and knows his shit.. His designs are top notch, none of this I have ever doubted..

But its the personality I worry about, one moment a peacefull guy who gets a long with me, next moment attacking me calling me a childish dictator etc...

If he's being treated unfairly, ask mcman since you are on his good graces to allow me to post his private message to me that has him admitting to blackmailing not only Anno but Sporeworks.... Then maybe you'll ask yourself who's the zero and who's the hero...

I know mcman sent that email, I know he did it in the heat of passion, but it makes me mad that he never just admitted it and said he was sorry... That would be the right thing to do, and instead he calls lots of us liars and said this was just some conspiracy against him because of jealousy....
