    #498067 - 12/21/01 05:11 PM (21 years, 11 months ago)

O.k.,I spent a good deal of my day kneeling over my oven door, making a bunch of syringes. How long do I need to wait before I use them? I have heard 12 hours, and I have heare 36 hours.Looking for experienced help please.

How old are the spores? I mean, if it's a fresh print you are using then you can innoculate right away. Otherwise, wait 5 minutes. Once they are squrited into the jar, they are still in a moist enviroment of damp substrate and the water you squirted in. It's no biggie.
