Humidity 101

I'm sure the humidity in my growing chamber is over 100%. There is condensation everywhere, the cake doesn't seem to be getting condensation on it though, maybe its just absorbing the moisture. it this bad? am i drowing the mycelieum?

i don't think there can be more than 100% humidity
