hi fellow friends!

recently i've heard that tv tubes (especialy old ones) creates very strong eletctric field, wich sucks air fragments(dust and so on) to the tube, than launch them away, as the particles gather up electrons.

i was thinking about to use this propertie, to sterilize air for mushroom cultivation, instead of hepa filters.

any ideas?:)

some filters have ionizers built into them that do the same thing. But I really don't think you can get your are HEPA clean using that alone...

i remember reading about somone wishing to use a CRT tube as ray gun to cause mushroom mutations. seems like it's too powerful.
