shroom cloning

Has anyone succesfully inocullated jars by making a syringe out of mycelium? I've read the tek on this, and it seems simple enough, why doesn't everyone use it?

not everyone works with agar...and ive heard of alot of contamination problems that people have with liquid mycelium solutions

i wasn't using agar, i was just putting some collinized substrate in a jar of sterile water and shaking it up.

i think the 9er tek outlines a cloning to syringe tek without any agar involved. although if you build a glovebox, you might as well get some agar. the nice thing about cloning directly from a shroom you have a very very good chance that it will be nice thick rhizomorphic mycelium. good stuff.
