Cobweb mold growing on mushroom stems?

Are the many short hairs growing out of the base area of my stems cobweb mold? I'm wondering because it looks kinda of close to what cakes look like with the mold, but only on the stems. It seems the only mushrooms that have this trait are the ones close to the perlite. Does mycelium ever grow like that instead of the normal white fuzzines? I have my cakes sitting directly on perlite, which is treated with peroxide. If you guys do think it is cobweb mold, are the shrooms still safe to injest? My main concern is being safe here. Thanks.

It not cobweb, it mycelia, it OK to eat.
